Elektropionir is a personal project having three pillars of inspiration: a song of the music group Darkwood Dub, the digital era, and the era of pioneers that branded the childhood of my generation.
The song Elektropionir was cool and hipster even before hipsters came into fashion. It made many teenage moments even more memorable.
The digital era, or the era of my adulthood, lead me into many different online business adventures. Therefore, every time I had to think of a name for an online entrepreneurship, the word Elektropionir came to my mind.
My generation grew up in Yugoslavia, and the youth was called Pioneers, wearing the red star proudly. However, being the generation that remembers the pre-digital era, that witnessed the very beginnings of the digital world that we live in today, we are all the pioneers of an era.
We are electro-pioneers – we are Elektropionir!
