Alchemy of Motherhood is a product design project under the auspices of the No Drama Mama brand. It is a set of 31 motivational cards – one card for each day of the month.
The design is gentle and feminine but at the same time strong and fresh. Each card illustrates a different flower as every day is different, fresh and new. The color and typography pattern is consistent throughout. The possible monotony is broken with the use of different flowers as well as the placement of the text. Of course, each card contains a different motivational message.
The package also consists of a Joker card, written and designed for those particularly challenging days. It also includes the biography of the author and a promotional poster. The back of each card contains the No Drama Mama logo and is framed in the same shade of sandy pink color. The frame reminds the reader of playing cards and that way lours them to randomly draw each card in anticipation of the new text hidden on the other side of the card.
